Vendor Information and Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Hawthorne Valley’s 19th Annual Fall Festival! There are a limited number of vendor spots. To be considered, please fill out the information below and submit this form via email. Payment is due upon approval and is required in advance of the festival to guarantee your spot. Set up for the festival will begin at 7:30 am on Sunday, October 13. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 9:30 am and set up must be complete by 10 am. Breakdown begins at 4 pm and must be complete by 6 pm.
