Stewarding Life's Essentials, Nurturing Life's Potential

Vendor Information and Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the 22nd Hawthorne Valley Fall Festival as a vendor!

The Festival will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 10am to 4pm. The Festival seeks to celebrate the harvest, ecology, agriculture, education, creativity, localism, and the community. Our vendor area has grown over the years to reflect that goal. We have a diverse mixture of local businesses attend the event as vendors, from maple syrup producers and woodworkers to ice cream makers and fiber artists. We also reserve some spaces for local nonprofits who would like to attend with informational booths. This year, we are also seeking artisan food truck vendors that seek to source quality, local products for their businesses as part of our commitment to organic, biodynamic, and local foods.

To apply, please fill out the appropriate form below:

Our standard vendor spaces are now full for 2016. We are still looking for some additional Food Vendors.

Food Truck Vendor Application

Set up for the festival will begin at 7:30 am on Sunday, October 9. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 9:30 am and set up must be complete by 10 am. Breakdown begins at 4 pm and must be complete by 6 pm.
